Full Rebuild — Trex Enhance
The original deck had failed ledger flashing and joists rotting at the beam pocket. We stripped it to the framing, replaced the ledger with a proper Z-flash, sistered every joist, and refaced the space in Trex Enhance so it looks new and lasts the next twenty years.
