Six services,
one specialist.

Outdoor structures are all we do. Every build gets designed, permitted, and inspected in-house — with a substructure that's over the standard, not just to it.

01

Custom Decks

Frequently asked

Straight answers to the common ones.

Do I need a permit?

+

Most decks over 30 inches off the ground and any structural work in Gwinnett County requires a permit. We handle the paperwork and the inspection scheduling — it's included in the quote.

How long does a typical project take?

+

Once we start, most decks and pergolas are done in 2–4 weeks. Screened porches run 3–5 weeks. Timeline depends on permit turnaround, weather, and material lead time — we'll give you a real window before the deposit, not a fantasy one.

What warranty do you offer?

+

Ten-year structural warranty on everything we build. Composite decking and railing systems carry the manufacturer warranty on top of that (typically 25–50 years for premium composites).

Do you work with composite decking?

+

Yes — Trex, TimberTech, Fiberon. We're happy to quote the same build in pressure-treated vs. composite so you can see the price gap and pick with real numbers in hand.

Is financing available?

+

We don't finance in-house, but most clients use a HELOC or a Sunlight/Enhancify home-improvement loan. We can point you to lenders that fund fast if that's the route you take.

Are you licensed and insured?

+

Yes — general liability plus workers-comp on every job. We can send certificates directly to your HOA or insurer if they ask for them.
